GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF
CAMPING LA ROSALEDA

1.- REGISTRATION

• To enter the campsite it is MANDATORY to present the corresponding ID card or passport for those over 16 years of age, as well as to fill in the documentation required by the Spanish authorities at all times.

• The holder of the contract for a stay at Camping La Rosaleda undertakes to assume responsibility not only for his own actions, but also for those of all the occupants registered in his accommodation unit. To make a reservation for a stay at our campsite, you must be over 18 years of age. If minors are present, they must always be under the supervision and responsibility of an adult, who will be responsible for their safety and will be liable for any damage they may cause during their stay.

• At the time of check-in, the holder of the reservation or contract must declare all occupants and items subject to the rate. In addition, it is compulsory for all occupants over 16 years of age to present themselves at the reception desk with their official identification documents. Once registered, they will be provided with an identification bracelet that must be worn visibly on their wrist throughout their stay at Camping La Rosaleda.

• Any changes to the declarations must be communicated to reception immediately. Otherwise, the objects or persons in excess will not be deducted from the total amount of the stay.

• We reserve the right of admission to our facilities in order to guarantee the well-being and peace of mind of all our guests.

• On arrival at the campsite, you will be given an identification bracelet that must be used for the duration of your stay. The bracelets will have to be returned on departure, in case of not returning them, you will have to pay 10€ per bracelet.

2.- ACCESS

• Here at La Rosaleda, we consider customers to be all persons who are duly registered on the campsite’s contract of stay. To ensure a safe and pleasant experience, it is essential to wear the identification bracelet that we provide to our occupants.
• Visits are allowed as long as the capacity of the campsite allows it. Five days’ notice must be given at reception and in this case they must register at reception accompanied by the reservation holder, presenting their ID cards. If you have any queries, please ask at reception.

• The capacity of the types of accommodation (plots/bungalow) is subject to the general capacity of the campsite. If the campsite is full, you will not be allowed to add more people to your accommodation, even if you have the capacity to add more people.

• If the capacity allows it, additional people can be added to a pitch/bungalow, for a minimum of two nights and upon payment of the corresponding non-refundable fee.

• If capacity permits, additional persons may be added to a pitch, subject to payment of a supplement. The minimum stay for adding people is 2 nights, and the fee is non-refundable.

• At the time of check-in, if the client informs that there will be an additional person to the booking, it will be accepted as long as the maximum capacity of the accommodation is not exceeded. If the pitch is full, the option of renting an additional pitch will be offered if available. If there are no plots available, the additional person cannot be accepted unless prior notice has been given.

• Customers who end their stay and wish to spend the day at the campsite will pay the adult or child price according to the supplement price, always taking into account the capacity of the campsite.

• Camping la Rosaleda works with dynamic rates so, according to criteria, prices may vary.

• Pets are not allowed in the bungalows all year round and on the pitches from 30 June to 31 August (there is a special area for pets). Dog owners are obliged to have an up-to-date vaccination card and the regulatory chip and to keep their dogs on a leash at all times.
Non-accreditation may result in the restriction of access to the facilities in justified cases.

3.- ACCOMMODATION

• It is important to note that it is strictly forbidden to occupy accommodation other than that assigned in the contract without the explicit consent of the reception staff.

• The Management reserves the right to modify the client’s accommodation if it deems it necessary, and this will not be grounds for any compensation.
• In the area of pitches, it is essential to respect the limits of each one and to keep the streets and circulation areas clear. No ropes, hammocks or other objects hanging from trees, bungalow structures or campsite furniture, such as lampposts or fountains, are allowed. Furthermore, any installation of clotheslines, awnings or partitions must be carried out in an orderly manner and in harmony with the image of Camping La Rosaleda, following the instructions of our staff.

• To guarantee everyone’s safety, it is essential to respect the maximum capacity established for each type of accommodation. Bearing in mind that the capacity of the plots and bungalows are subject to the general capacity of the campsite. The campsite staff reserves the right to warn campers about the importance of keeping their pitches or accommodation tidy and clean, avoiding any risk and preserving the harmony of the natural environment.

3.1. PITCHES

▪ The availability of the reserved pitch will be available from 13h on the contracted day of arrival.

▪ We will hold your reservation until 12 noon on the day after the scheduled date of arrival. After this time, the booking will be cancelled for resale and the amount paid will remain at the disposal of the company.

▪ The specific plot number will not be assigned in advance, but we will consider your requests according to availability.

▪ To proceed with the formalisation of the reservation of a plot or bungalow, it will be necessary to make an advance payment of 50% of the total amount, except during the months of July and August, in which the advance payment will be 30% of the full payment of the stay by credit card (virtual payment).

▪ The remaining amount must be paid at the time of arrival as well as the rest of the stays without reservation.

▪ The minimum number of nights to make the booking in July and August in plot and bungalow is 7 nights, for the rest of the year you can check at reception or on the website.

▪ The plot must be vacated before 12 noon on the last day of the contract. Please leave the pitch in good condition, with no items left on the ground or hanging among the trees.

▪ The maximum occupancy allowed on a double plot is 8 people, on a large plot the maximum occupancy is 6 people, on a medium plot the maximum occupancy is 4 people and on a small plot the maximum occupancy is 2 people, including children and babies.
▪ It is not allowed to change the assigned plot without prior authorisation from the reception staff.

3.2. BUNGALOWS

▪ To proceed with the formalisation of the booking of a pitch or bungalow, it will be necessary to make an advance payment of 50% of the total amount, except during the months of July and August, in which the advance payment will be 30% of the full amount of the stay by credit card (virtual payment).

▪ Check-in and check-out: The accommodation will be available from 15:00 h on the contracted day and from 16:00 h in July and August, but the availability time may be delayed for cleaning reasons. Check-in can be done on arrival and the client will have access to the facilities from that moment on. Check-out must be before 11:00h in July and August, and before 12:00h the rest of the year. The client must leave the accommodation in good condition, removing the rubbish and leaving the crockery clean and the furniture in its original position.

▪ Deposit and guarantee: On arrival, the client must deposit €70 in cash and provide their credit card details as a guarantee against possible damage or damage to the accommodation or inventoried objects. The amount will be returned after the departure and inspection of the bungalow. If the damage exceeds the guarantee, the customer must pay the additional costs.

▪ The reservation will be held until 12:00 noon on the day after the planned date of arrival. After that time, the reservation will be cancelled and the amount paid will be at the disposal of the company.

▪ The maximum capacity of a bungalow is 4 adults and 1 child.
▪ Smoking is forbidden inside the bungalows. In the event of smoking and the presence of the smell of tobacco, the cleaning costs (€30) will be deducted from the deposit.

▪ In case of loss of the key, the client has to pay 15€ for the new set of keys.

▪ The bungalows are equipped with basic kitchenware, kitchen-living room, bathroom, two bedrooms, air conditioning, television, garden and independent terrace. All accommodations have an inventory (available on the website).

▪ It is not allowed to place any object on the lawn of the bungalow or to hang hammocks in the trees or on the pillars of the bungalows.

▪ Pets are not allowed in any type of bungalow.

▪ Barbecue is forbidden, you can use an electric grill on the porch or in the garden of the bungalow.

▪ Towels are not included in the bungalows. Bed linen is included in the bungalow.

4.- RESERVATIONS AND PAYMENT OF THE STAY
▪ To proceed with the formalisation of the booking of a pitch or bungalow, it will be necessary to make an advance payment of 50% of the total amount, except during the months of July and August, when the advance payment will be 30% of the full amount of the stay by credit card (virtual payment).

▪ Prices may vary until the booking is confirmed, and any changes will be duly informed.

▪ Once the booking is confirmed, no price changes will be applied if the initial conditions are maintained.

▪ The remaining amount is to be paid at the time of arrival as for all other stays without reservation.
▪ The minimum number of nights to make the booking in July and August in plot and bungalow is 7 nights, for the rest of the year check at reception or on the website.

5.- MODIFICATION AND CANCELLATION OF THE RESERVATION
5.1.- MODIFICATION:
▪ Any modification on your part with regard to dates, number of nights or other elements subject to rate may entail changes in the final cost of the stay.

▪ The price that will apply in the event of a change in the dates of stay will be the price in force at the time of the change.

▪ The modification policy is as follows:
• from 1 January to 30 April, as well as from 23 September to 31 December, no charge will be applied for the modification of plots and bungalows, with the exception of the periods corresponding to long weekends and public holidays.
• For the rest of the period, apart from long weekends and public holidays, the modification policy will be as follows:
◦ If you modify more than 30 days before the arrival date, no additional charge will be applied, unless the modification implies a reduction in the value of the stay initially contracted. In the latter case, 30€ will be charged during the months of July and August.
◦ If the modification is made 7 to 30 days before the date of arrival, a charge of 50% of 1 night will be applied.
◦ If modified less than 7 days before arrival, a charge of 1 night will be applied.

▪ All modifications and/or cancellations of a confirmed reservation must be requested in writing by the reservation holder or an authorised person by sending an email to info@campinglarosaleda.com.

5.2.- CANCELLATION / CANCELLATION:
In plots and bungalows (all seasons):

▪ The booking will be considered as confirmed once the client has paid the corresponding amount using the payment methods indicated on the website.

▪ All cancellations of a confirmed booking must be requested in writing by e-mail from the owner or an authorised person, addressed to Camping La Rosaleda at info@campinglarosaleda.com.

▪ The date of receipt of the email will govern the calculation of the amount to be refunded, in accordance with the cancellation conditions expressed:
• If the booking is cancelled more than 30 days before the planned date of arrival, the establishment will reimburse the customer 100% of the deposit paid, but will have management fees of 10€ except in July and August which will be 30€.
• If the booking is cancelled 7 to 30 days before arrival, the establishment will reimburse the client 50% of the deposit paid.
• If the booking is cancelled less than 7 days before the planned date of arrival, the deposit paid will remain at the disposal of the company in full.
• The date of receipt of the mail shall govern the calculation of the amount to be refunded, in accordance with the conditions expressed.

6.- TRANSFER OF STAY / SAVING BALANCE
Transfer of stay:
▪ It can only be requested more than 30 days before the date of arrival.

▪ It can be requested by the owner of the stay in writing to info@campinglarosaleda.com.

▪ To transfer a payment on account to another existing booking, a 10€ modification fee will be charged, except in July and August when it will be 30€.

Save balance:

▪ This can only be requested more than 30 days before the arrival date.

▪ It can be requested by the owner of the stay in writing to info@campinglarosaleda.com

▪ The payment on account is kept as a balance in your favour for a future booking, which must be made by the end of the season of the current year.

Cancellation policy:

▪ The renunciation of the client to exhaust the contracted time in a plot or a bungalow will not give right to any refund or compensation of the price paid.

7.- BEHAVIOUR AND COEXISTENCE
▪ At Camping La Rosaleda, the use of equipment that generates noise and/or music is strictly forbidden, in order to maintain a quiet and peaceful environment for all our guests. Furthermore, it is compulsory to maintain absolute silence from 12 midnight until 8 am, in order to guarantee everyone’s rest during these hours.

▪ It is compulsory to respect and follow the instructions of the security and lifeguard staff, who ensure everyone’s safety.

▪ Any unacceptable behaviour, such as theft, robbery, disturbance of public order, verbal or physical violence, offensive comments, discriminatory expressions, fraud, swindling, alcohol intoxication, malicious behaviour, non-compliance with safety rules, as well as failure to abide by these regulations or the rules indicated on the signage, could lead to intervention by the Camping La Rosaleda team and the application of measures, including expulsion from the facilities, without the right to compensation or reimbursement.

▪ We remind you that it is not permitted to reserve sun loungers if you are not using the swimming pool area, so that all our visitors can enjoy them.
▪ The Camping La Rosaleda security team may temporarily requisition or prohibit the use of vehicles that represent a danger to the safety of our facilities.
▪ It is not permitted for campers to hang posters inside the Camping La Rosaleda campsite, nor to exhibit private sales. In addition, it is strictly forbidden to sell, buy or rent any kind of object or belongings within the campsite facilities, in order to preserve the peace and security of all campers.

8.- RULES OF ACCESS AND ACCOMMODATION
▪ To enter the campsite it is MANDATORY to present the corresponding ID card or passport for those over 16 years of age, as well as to fill in the documentation required by the Spanish authorities at all times.

▪ It is compulsory to wear an identification bracelet on your wrist inside the campsite at all times in order to guarantee access control. This identification will be required throughout your stay. These must be returned on the day of departure; if they are not returned, the client will have to pay an additional fee of 10 € per wristband.

▪ It is forbidden to exceed the capacity of the accommodation. A baby or a child counts as a whole person.

▪ The campsite management undertakes to reserve, as far as possible, the number of pitch or bungalow desired by the customer, but may be subject to changes for reasons of internal organisation, respecting the same conditions in relation to the first accommodation (bungalow or pitch) assigned.

9.- OTHER
▪ The Management of Camping La Rosaleda is not responsible for the theft of objects that the client may suffer during his stay in our establishment.

▪ The Management reserves the right to modify timetables during the season, as well as to close the facilities for maintenance work.

▪ Objects lost, forgotten or abandoned by customers in any of our establishment will only be returned at their request at their own expense.

The Management reserves the right to modify opening times during the season, as well as to close the facilities for maintenance work.

▪ In the event that phytosanitary and/or pesticide treatments are carried out during the client’s stay, the client will be informed by the reception of the establishment.

▪ The Management is not responsible for possible incidents arising from misconduct on the part of customers, such as driving in areas not designated for this purpose or using elements for uses other than those for which they were designed.
▪ The Camping La Rosaleda team edits the contents of the website with the greatest possible diligence. However, for reasons beyond the control of the company, there may be a typographical error or some data or information may not be up to date at the time of the user’s consultation. In this respect, the Management declares that the references to products and services (images and descriptions), as well as the prices and conditions stipulated, are merely for guidance purposes and are not binding or contractual until the express confirmation of the request. If a user has taken the decision to contract his or her stay on the basis of erroneous information published on the website, the Management will inform him or her and he or she will have the right to cancel the contract without any cost on his or her part.

▪ The Management accepts no responsibility for any error on the part of the client in relation to the booking, dates, contracted rate, number of people and/or contracted services.

▪ The customer undertakes to read these conditions at the time of booking, and the payment of the deposit and the total price of the contracted stay is a sign of acceptance of these conditions and the internal regulations of the Camping La Rosaleda establishment.

10.- ACCOMMODATION RULES
If the booked accommodation is not occupied on the day of arrival, the booking will be automatically cancelled, unless you have notified Camping La Rosaleda by email of the delay. Unoccupied days must be paid for according to the rates in force. No reimbursement will be made in the event of a delay on the day of arrival or early departure, or in the event of a no-show for your booking.

It is forbidden to exceed the capacity of the accommodation. A baby or a child counts as a whole person.

The campsite management undertakes to reserve, as far as possible, the number of pitch or bungalow desired by the customer, but may be subject to change for reasons of internal organization, while respecting the same conditions in relation to the first accommodation (bungalow or pitch) allocated.

11.- SERVICES
In high season (July and August), all the facilities and services offered by Camping La Rosaleda are at the disposal of the client, both those included in the price and those for which additional payment is required (consult reception). In the low season, and in accordance with the rates, both may be reduced to more limited hours or even be closed.

At Camping La Rosaleda, we want to ensure that we provide you with the highest quality services. However, it is important to bear in mind that in some specific situations, certain services such as restaurants, shops, swimming pools and others may be partially or totally closed. This may be due to maintenance work that is necessary to ensure the proper functioning of the facilities, unfavorable weather conditions that may affect the safe operation of certain services, or security conditions that do not meet our exacting standards. In addition, in the event that occupancy levels are low and do not justify the expenditure of energy resources necessary to keep certain services operational, decisions may be made to temporarily suspend some activities.
12.- VEHICLES
Circulation of vehicles:

▪ It is strictly forbidden to circulate at speeds above 10 km/h, both for motorized and non-motorised vehicles. In addition, people must always be given the right of way.

▪ If a vehicle, whether motorized or non-motorised, is driven after sunset, it must be visible and have its lights on. All night-time traffic must be carried out with caution and safety, respecting the rules of the road and the rules of coexistence.

▪ During periods of high occupancy, the Management may restrict the circulation of any vehicle to ensure the safety and comfort of all guests.

▪ In order to protect the environment, vehicles should not be left idling, thus reducing unnecessary gas emissions.

Car parking:

▪ Only one vehicle per accommodation is allowed. All vehicles parked in the outside car park must be registered.

▪ All stay contracts include the benefit of free parking of one vehicle per accommodation unit within our facilities. It is important to note that Medium Pitches and Small Pitches must leave the car outside the establishment, in the campsite car park, as vehicles are not allowed to be parked on these plots.

▪ For stays in camping plots, we ask you to park your vehicle within the assigned plot, avoiding invading neighbouring plots or roads.

▪ The Bungalow stays have several parking areas without numbered spaces, located in the perimeter area of the Bungalow area. This will allow you to park comfortably during your stay.

▪  The use of skateboards or other motorised recreational transport is strictly forbidden within the campsite facilities.

▪ From 24:00h to 8:00h are considered rest hours and must strictly follow the timetable of silence.

▪ During the whole day, MUSIC is forbidden, as well as any kind of noise that may disturb other campers.
14.- WATER FOUNTAINS
▪ All water fountains in our facilities provide drinking water, safe for human consumption.

▪ It is important to use the fountains only for drinking. It is not permitted to clean food, dishes or clothes, nor to bathe pets in them.

▪ For health reasons, it is strictly forbidden to discharge waste water outside the designated points, such as the chemical toilets located in each of the sanitary blocks. It is compulsory to use the appropriate chemical products.

▪ The fountains on the campsite are drinking water fountains and are for the exclusive use of water collection. For obvious reasons of hygiene, it is not permitted to use the fountains for any other type of personal hygiene (neither for washing clothes, kitchen utensils, feet, slippers, etc.). Naturally, no substances of any kind (chemical toilets, food waste, etc.) may be emptied from the fountains.

15.- WATER WASTE
▪ For obvious reasons of hygiene and the conservation of trees and plants, the discharge of waste water onto the ground is prohibited. Only the chemical toilets located in the sanitary blocks are intended for this purpose.

▪ The campsite has an area for emptying and filling water for motorhomes and caravans.

16.- BARBECUES
It is forbidden to light fires from 1st June to 15th October in accordance with the Order of 21st May 2009 of the Consejería de Medio Ambiente de la Junta de Andalucía.

17.- INSURANCE
▪ The campsite cannot be held responsible for damages that are not directly attributable to the campsite (e.g. tree resin, ants or similar, rain, wind, etc.).

▪ The campsite cannot be held responsible if the client’s vehicle is damaged by colliding with a kerb, tree, branch, etc.

18.- ELECTRICITY SUPPLY
▪ The campsite maintenance staff are the only people authorized to check for faults.

▪ Each pitch has an electricity point with two sockets: one national schuko and one European 2P+E (230v).
19.- ENVIRONMENT
▪ Camping La Rosaleda is committed to caring for and respecting the environment.

20.- IN CASE OF EMERGENCY
▪ Notify reception and go to the meeting point.

▪ Stay calm and go to the meeting point.

▪ Follow the instructions of those in charge of the evacuation plan.

▪ In case of fire, ONLY use the fire extinguisher if it is safe.

▪ Give assistance and if necessary call for help from the emergency services.

21.- THE CAMPING MANAGEMENT RESERVES THE RIGHT OF
ADMISSION and will cancel the contract of campers who disturb the peace, fail to respect the basic rules of social coexistence and education and, in general, do not respect the principles of civilised life as established in the Official Rules of the Internal Regulations of the FCC campsite, requesting the help of the police for this purpose (Art. 11 1.a of the Decree).

22.- DATA PROTECTION
To use some of the Services, Users must previously provide certain personal data. To this end, CAMPING LA ROSALEDA will automatically process the Personal Data in compliance with Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the Protection of Personal Data (RGPD) and with Organic Law 3/2018 of 5 December on the Protection of Data and Guarantee of Digital Rights (LOPDGDD). To this end, the User may access the policy followed in the processing of personal data, as well as the establishment of the purposes previously established, as provided in the conditions defined in the data protection policy «Legal Notice» and «Privacy Policy» presented on the Website.
